kokiladhvani and karnataka behag

Both these ragas seem somewhat close to each other - of course besides similarity to harikAmbhOji. I presume they must have existed before the harikAmbhOji as a raga came about (?)

I see the differences in raga structure, and also the tyAgarAja krithis in both ragas do sound a bit different - but can someone explain what the charactertistic phrases are for these two? Also did dIkshitar compose in these ragas? Any other compositions, varnams?

oh nuts! Didnt check the title - i was thinking of a couple of variations and screwed up

AFAIK, Tyagaraja was the first to comose in kOkiladhwani (as he did in numerous minor harikAmbhOji janya rAgas); and most likely does not have a much longer history than harikAmbhOji itself. I am not sure about karnATka bEhAg though.
