Meaning for three caraNAs from Sethuraman Subramanian's blog:

Pallavi: I found a rare and unique panacea in the golden hall (Cidambaram)

Anupallavi: This unique medicine is the sight of the dance of the lord at tillai . It gets rid of the miseries of past, present, and future. It is offered freely to the poor devotees of the lord.

CaraNam 1: This medicine wears the flowers konRai and tumbai (lord Shiva’s favorite flowers). It dances in the golden hall. It was found by the servitor MANikka vAcagar.

CaraNam 2: This medicine is extolled by the celestials including indran. The saintly sages find it suitable too. It was never visible to the Sun and the Moon. It came on its own (sui generis)—swayambu.

CaraNam 3: It dances rhythmically. It was not visible to lesser gods. It grabs our attention. It kicked the agent of death (refers to Lord Shiva saving MArkaNDEyan)

Lakshman Sir, I think this meaning is that of "Aru marundoru tani marundu" of Marimutha Pillai
