i just discovered an easy way to make carnatic mp3 ringtones. just download a mp3 splitter from the internet.. most of them are sharewares and would last free only for a few days.. then split your music collection into bits of 20s to 1m.. in case of splitting kucheris, pl bear in mind that start with anupallavi and then go to charanam.. because we might want uniform music effect throughout the ringtones..
