I am writing this from memory - could someone kindly proof-read? I am sure there are quite a few mistakes, especially in the 3rd line.

kailAsanAtha is correct as also cakrAncita and pratipAdya

I have heard one version which goes "ShrI cakrAngita ratna pITha nilayAm"; don't know whether this alters the meaning.

chakrannkita is also correct.

It means marked by SrI cakra. Same with ancita

I am very bad at thsi spelling paln you use
drshrikaanth is correct.
Not the other corrections pointed earlier.

As for the version chakrangita , it is the effect of Tamil language.
Anga is the body part or a part.
Chakra can not be a part of the body.

i don't think it's gnb's; i'm still inclined to think it's from one of the longer slokams, like meenakshi pancharatnam. however, i don't have the text for any such slokams, but maybe someone who does, could help us

This is considered as dhyana slokam for Soundaryalahari. If you are in Chennai, you can visit Lord Kapaleeswara Temple in Mylapore and in the Karpagambal Sannidhi, Soundaryalahari is engraved in the walls with this Dhyana Sloka.
