Can someone post lyrics and meaning of "Sree Mahaganapate Sree Vallabhaapate" in Abhogi by N.S. Ramachandran. The lyrics that was available online in another site seems wrong (the sanskrit in the charanam especially , beginning with Tamarasa dalanetra).
Thanks a lot!

Nice Ranjani

Hm. This could also be interpreted in another way- You Who is a moon to the vEdas i.e causes them to swell and grow(as tides)
sAmajanana - elephant faced
varAnana - lovely-faced.
A correction here. sAmajanana is itself elephant (sAmaja is here called sAmajanana)

sAmajananavarAnana is one word meaning "You Who have a nice elephant face"

Thanks for all the responses. One question - In "Tamasa timira mitra" which is interpreted as "Sun to the darkness called inertia" - do you mean that "Tamasa" and "Timira", which are both dark qualities, cancel out each other? Please clarify this line anyone. Thanks again.

Also is it "SAmajanana" or "SAmajAnana". Thanks.

mitra here means "sun", not friend.

it is sAmajanana.
