"smarakAntam " would be derived as "smara iva kAnta" , one of the many types of "samAsa-s" (compound words) possible in Sanskrit.
nAgArAti vareNyaturaN^gaM - one who has the best among the enemies of the snakes, ie Garuda as a vehicle
nAradAdi h.rdayAmbujabh.rN^gam - who is a honeybee hovering in the heart-lotus of rishis like Narasa
