I left after this,while the concert continued.

It was an excellent concert with not so often heard songs.Varali and Khambhoji were rendered with Bhava.Sri.Varadharajan on the violin was just superb .The thani again was fantastic.The audience were treated to one of the best concerts in recent times.

The Neraval by Sanjay in Khamboji was extraordinary. He was in sublime form. Raja Rao's use of the ghumkhi during the neraval created a fantastic effect.
On the whole Kudos to the Mridangam Vidwan H.S.Sudeendhra for organising a wonderful festival of Music from Nov 1st to 5th 2007.
