Mridangam - Neyveli Venkatesh
Ghatam - Thirupanithura Radhakrishnan

Thapakane - Suddha Bangaala - Rupakam - Thyagaraja
Sadha Paalaya - Nalina Kanthi – Adi - Swati Thirunal
Nannu vidachi – Ritigowlai - Misra chapu - Thyagaraja
Saravana bhava – Madhyamavathi – Adi - Papanasam Sivan
Theril erinan – Kalyani – Adi - Papanasam Sivan
Sahana - RTP- Adi

Another outstanding concert by Sanjay. His concerts are always enjoyable. Consistency in maintaining the standard of the kutcheri is his hallmark. His ragas are full of Manodharma and Bhava. His rendition of Nalinakanthi raga was superb and it is amazing that he has control over fast speeds with gamakas and slow sangatis. He is definitely one musician who has worked tirelessly with his techniques and mastered the art very well. Sanjay is a musician who is always keen presenting new songs - Tamil songs, especially of Sivan in every concert. His Ritigowali raga was scintillating and Nannu vidachi was very good. Varadarajan’s violin was excellent and absolutely soaked with perfect sruthi. What a Madhyamavathi raga Sanjay sang! It was so satisfying and the song was Saravanabhava. This song is a masterpiece of Sri. Sivan and the neravl at “pannirandu kangalal adimaiyaiâ€

Sounds like a wonderful concert featuring all my favourite ragas - Rithigowla, Sahana & Madhyamavathi!

I haven't heard of this Nalinakanti piece by Swati Tirunal. Does anyone know if it has been tuned in Nalinakanti by some other musician?

Ashok Ramani,
It's a joy for rasikAs to hear from musicians who are also rasikAs who attend the concerts of others. Vidyaarthi NSG's words in action here!
You seem to be attending quite a few concerts. I was hoping to hear tEril ERinAn this season. Knowing Sanjay's capabilities and penchant for varying his repertoire, I doubt if he would repeat it again.
Any other rasikA who was there could give us a complete song list, I suppose. How the forum can change us! In the beginning, I used to think that a song list was too much on the minds of rasikAs. Now, I am one among them! There is much to learn from a list....
Mr. Shadow violinist and empathic mridangist were there too. Nice to know Radhakrishnan is back this season. His playing of the ghatam is impressive. A very pleasant and cultured person too...

Mohan,
I heard Sanjay sing the Nalinakanthi piece earlier this year. It was scintillating. I wont be surprised if Sanjay himself has tuned it.
