A very pleasant sunday afternoon and a sweet and soulful concert by SS'. I had listened to couple of concerts of Satur AGS who was praised by SSI. So, very curious to listen to his daughters concert.

Mate Malayadwaja-Kamas-HMB
Suryamurthe-Saurashtram-MD
Devagandhari-Ragam by Bhuvana R, followed by "Parakela Nannu" (SS)
Gopanandana-Vachaspathi- Swati Tirunal.
Raag- Karaharapriya by Lalitha S followed by "Pakala Nila" and Neraval in "Manasoona"
Kumaran Taal PaNinde- Y.Kambodhi-PS
RTP- Latangi- "Matangi Latangi ......." (I forgot the full pallavi).
Tani
Neeraja Dala in Desh (not Maand as I usually heard).

One word- they are the real un(fortunate)sung hero(ines) or victims.. of CM. The way in which they presented Devagandhari, K.k.priya and Latangi merit mention.

I should mention RTP- The pallavi is in Chatusra jambai, Poorva in Tisra Gathi and Uttara in Kanda Gathi. Another beauty is- Pallavi was in Revathi, Ranjani, Vaasanthi (next seat person told me it is a deviation fr Mohanam) and Bageshree apart from Latangi. In Swaras, they same Raagas repeated by the other one. Good Team work.

Bhuvana was finding hard few times on high octaves, but neverthless, this
pair did full justice for their slot in MA.

Apologise again, it is bhushavali.. It looked like Vachaspathy. Iam not at all expert in identifying Ragas to such level. Thanks for correcting me..

I forgot to mention the Violin and Mridangam. Both are good. I heard the Mridangist -Erode Nagaraj-had a polio attack and could not walk. I was surprised with this, he gave a brilliant tani.
