I was awaiting someone else's initiative. My experiene is given hereunder: I have added list of Kritis , for the benefit of Rasikas,
No. Song Raga Composer Talam
1. Indha chala Begada Veenai Kuppier Adi
2. Daridapule Saveri Tyagaraja Adi
3. Kulabirudu Devamanohari Tyagaraja Rupakam
4. Ennalu Mandari Muthiah Bhagavathar Kandachapu
5. Kamalambam Bajare Kalyani Dikshitar Adi
6. Endraiku Siva Mukhari Neelakanta Sivan Misrachapu
7. Srikantane Bhavapriya Tyagaraja Adi
8. RTP Begada Tisra Rupakam- Misranadai
9. Chandanacharchita Basant Bahar-Ashtapathi- Jayadeva Adi
10. Tillana Sindubairavi Uthukadu Adi
Gayathri Girish demonstrated her ability to handle ragas and kirtanas delicately and elegantly once again in her concert at MA and with the vocal refinement, the whole affair was an aural pleasure. Though appeared simple, there was a stamp of depth in her rendition of Kalyani and Begada,- the two main pieces; a senior musicologist was heard complimenting her for the same and exclaiming appreciatively, which one was better by comparison.
GG has planned her concert well , by selecting songs of different vaggeyakaras in different Tala and allocated time proportionately to suit the placement of kritis in the concert. Rendering of kritis were methodical and also meticulous in diction.
She has thoughtfully selected the passage “kalpita maya karyam tyajare, Kamalamham Bajareâ€
