Vijay,
That bhAgESri was a treat, a chaste southern version which would have made any northern wizard go scurrying back to his guru. Yes, in my opinion, Nagai was at his best that day. Sanjay at Kalarasana is always a winner. Hall poruttam (compatibility) too?

I think the concert started with the varNam sarasUDa, then paramAtmuDu in vAgadhISvari and a lovely vasantA piece in tamizh--ellAm Sivan Seyal, followed by the bharavi kriti when you arrived.

Yes, Vijay. Hope someone who has access to the artiste passes on your request for his exploring more of the northern goodies...

The entire concert has been uploaded in S.priya by Sri.TVG. Nagai Muralidharan is always best with Sanjay which the latter acknowledged in his interview. (published in kirukkal.com)..

Hall poruttam certainly seems to apply to Sanjay's concerts at Kalarasana. Thanks for the additions. Pity to have missed Vagadeeshwari and Vasanatha...

Is Sri TVG the musician of the same name?
