Meaning of "arputa shirpiyaDi"

I looking for the meaning of the following item. If anyone can help me I woul very glad. I'm not able to speak Tamil or Telugu.
Everywhere I searched I can't find a meaning. The trouble is there a many variations of the english-writing.

In this composition, Sri Dandayudapani Pillai has described Siva through the eyes of the nAyikA as she talks about Him to her friend ponnammA.

karpanaikk-eTTAda shIlanaDi shivakAmi magizhndiDum lOlanaDi

The nAyikA says: Behold him my dear ponnammA (aDi is a term of endearment here)! Isn’t he a magnificent/amazing/wondrous (arputa) sculptor (Sirpi), this dancer, for whom the entire firmament (vAnam) is the stage/theater (ambalam)? He is endowed with such sterling qualities (SIlanaDI), that it boggles (eTTAda) one’s imagination (oru karpanai) to even contemplate them. He is the playful dallier (lOlan) in whose company SivakAmi delights (maginzhdiDum) in.

My dear ponnammA, he bears the ganges (Or gangai) on his matted locks (muDiyinil), and a (Or) woman (mangai) in one half of his body/form (vaDivinil). His grace (ezhil) has an unending (muDivillA) form (vaNNam) forever and ever (enrum). My dear, he is such a lover of tamizh, even his (avar) three (mu) eyes (kaNNum) serve as emblems (cinnam) of muttamizh (iyal, iSai, nATakam).

Oh ponnammA! He is one who destroyed (erittavan) the three (tiri) worlds (puram). He is endowed (paDaittavan) with plenty (miga) of moral fiber (niRai) [1]. He is the one who bears (Endiyavan) in (adil) his two (iru) hands (karam) a deer (mAn), and a battle axe (mazhu), and dances (naTam ADubavan) with (ODu) scary (koDum) attendants (gaNangaL).

My dear ponnammA, he stands (ninrAn) with his beautiful golden (por) foot (pAdam) raised (tUkki) above his head, and it seems as if he is declaring (enrAn) ‘I (nAn) am the very essence (poruL) of every spoken word (Sol)’! He is the handsome man (vAhan) who dances (ADum) in the golden hall (cit-sabhaiyil) at cidambaram [2]. He is the enlightened one (vivEkan) who is praised (pOTrum) by proficients in literary tamizh (Sentamizh) that is sweet (tEn – honey-like) beyond imagination.

Oh ponnammA, he has pervaded (pugundu viTTAn) my mind/heart/senses (uLLam), and has shared/spoken (pagarndu viTTAn) the truth (unmai) with me. I have fallen in love (kAdal konDEnaDI) with (iDam) that (anda) charming thief (kaLvan), and now, I spend my days (dinam) standing here (ninrEnaDI) watching (pArttu) the path (vazhi) anxiously awaiting (kAttu) his arrival.

[1] if the word is niRamiga it probably refers to the multiple colors in his being (niRa = color, miga = full of) – his complexion is golden (ponnArmEniyan) or white as a jasmine (kunda gowra), his neck is blue (nIlakaNThan), and his hair is red (Sen SaDaiyAn)…..

[2] cit-sabhai – the hall in our consciousness (cit) – as one becomes a realized being, possibly as the serpentine kuNDalini SaktI rises and pierces the consciousness, Siva will dance forever in our consciousness.

Here is yet another take on this lovely padam - one of my favorites: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNEvohevMPY. I still have issues with one of the words in c2...neither 'niRaimigu', 'niramigu' seem appropriate based on the depiction. If anyone can decipher the word(s), it would be helpful.

I checked the book again and the words are tiramigap-paDaittavan

If it is 'tiRam(tiRan)' it may mean capacity or capability, or prowess (tiRamai); an equivalent in tamizh may be 'ARRal(Atral); the Lord is described as one endowed with the prowess.

It is tira(m)miga paDaittavan - One who is endowed (paDaittavan) with extraordinary/excessive (miga) prowess (tiram)...Just like Punarvasu explained...
