Lji,
Here is how I understand it. I am familiar with the composition up until C1. There are some parts I am not certain about.
P: Delighter/Husband (ramaNa) of sItA (jAnakI), and son (nandana) of daSaratha, Hey rAma with the lotus-like (sarvarISa) face (vadanA).
AP: One who has tender sentiments (vatsala) towards the miserably wretched (dIna), you are the repository/ocean (jaladhE) of compassion (dayA), Oh rAmA. Wielding the kOdaNDa in your hands (pANE), you are exemplary (SIla) in granting (dAna) boons (vara).
C1: You are the one who protected (samrakshaNa kara) the festival/yagnya (makha) of viSvAmitra (kauSika), and the one who granted (vara) ahalyA (gautama kAnta = gautamA's wife) her original (nija) form (rUpa). You then went on to break (daLana kara) the bow (cApa) of the mighty (mahita) SivA (mahESvara) and subsequently accepted (dhara) the var mAlA from the hands (kara) of the daughter (tanayA) of janaka (maithila - king of mythila) - sItA.
C2: You are the one whose divine (Subha) feet (caraNa) are tended to (sEvita) by lakSmaNa. Oh rAmA, the lotus (sarvarISa) faced one (vadanA)! you are prayed to by all (sakala) the exemplary (vara) sages (muni) and ascetics (yOgi).
C3: Oh one with the lotus-like (ambOruha) feet (caraNa) and beautiful/shining (vilAsa) eyes (lOcana). You offered protection (abhayasta) to vibhISaNa who sought (Agata = came) refuge (SaraNa) in you. You are the one who has manifested (vilasita) in my (mama) heart (hridayE) permanently/always (satatam).
DO not understand what 'capa seyaka kavirajita' and 'capa raga kaka daitya palana' in C2 and C3 mean.

Ravi : Some additions:
1. sharvarI = night , sharvarIsha = moon
2 chapa seyaka kavirajita
This may be cApa sAyaka kara virajita - One whose hands are resplendent(virAjita) with a bow(cApa) and arrow (sAyaka)
3. 'capa raga kaka daitya palana charaNa'
Here "kAka-daitya-pAlana-caraNa" would mean "one whose feet protected the demon who took the form of a crow (kAkAsura)
