mridangam and frame drum

I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I moved from LA recently.I attended a concert last week in Kalamazoo by Grammy award winner Glen Velez and Indian mridangam artist Rohan Krishnamurthy. The whole concert lasting 75 minutes was on percussion and had an audience of about 500 people from many parts of the state and out of state. I also saw a large Indian audience. Although I enjoyed the event, particulalrly what Glen Velez offered (since I am new to his skills), I could not evaluate the concert. It was a mesmerizing evening. I was wondering if any of the Indian audience will be willing to write more about it on this site.
