there are certain rags which sound similar..i heard they are called laghujanyaragams or something..i am not sure can someone put more information about the ragas which sound alike
bahudari-tilang,
nayaki-durbaar,
sri-madhyamavathy-manirangu,
huseni-bhairavi-mukhari,
anandabhairavi-rethigowla,
jayanthashree-hindolam

I was listening to Sowmya's rendition of the Kedaragowla Nilothpalamba Gowlantha Krithi of MD. Both the Alapana and the song rendition had quite a bit of similarity to Dwijavanthi. I never felt that similarity with other KG krithis.
