Hi,
I am a new comer to this site.I had been searching for dasara padagaLu in Internet and i found out a beautiful site built by Karnataka Government.
www.dasasahitya.org which contains nearly 30,000 Keerthane's.They have also added few recordings also.
Is their any Equivalent site where we can get telugu, tamil and sanskrit compositions also.

Raghunath GB

I wondered if anyone else had problems with the site. I get the following errors when I try to click on the links or search for a song. Maybe posters living in Bangalore can contact them to rectify? Even the vacana sAhitya website (http://www.vachanasahitya.org/)yields similar errors.
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'rs2'
/ListKirAndPoems.asp, line 70

Dear dAsa philes
Sadly, the all the money spent by the govt seems to have gone in the drain.
I am working with Sampada foundation (www.sampada.net, www.sampadafoundation.org) on bringing up a comprehensive website dedicated to dAsa sAhitya.
Initially the content will be in Kannada, but later on, content in English is planned to be added as well. There are plans to host music as well.
Take a look at it here (The website is still in it's initial days).

yes, kmrasika. I too had the problem. Living in B'lore, though in outskirts, I did some research and found that one Manjunath Aradhya, in Kannada Bhavan is dealing with the website and contacted him. His reply: The work of maintaining the site had been outsourced and he is trying with them to get it rectified with not much success so far. He promised it will be ready in a day or two, but that was some four days ago, and still the site is dormant. Hope to give a long rope and follow up again. Hope Purandaradasa will put some sense in to them and get it working. Bye

Lrcs & Rgms of "Dasara Padagalu" Songs by VdyBhshna
13/1/12
When I tried today, this site : http://www.dasasahitya.org did not work ! - It says :
"The domain dasasahitya.org may be for sale by its owner!"

I would like to have the Lyrics and the Ragams of the songs of the "Dasara Padagalu" CD, renderered by Vidyabhushana.
These are in 11 "SETs" - like for eg, 17 songs in the First "01 nammamma sharade" Set, ... 12 songs in the Last "11 hari kunida" Set.
I can recognise some popular songs, and for some, I have the Lyrics, or the url link to the Lyrics.
However, for many other songs, I need both Lyrics and the Ragams, as rendered in this CD.
Thanks in Advance (TIA)
