Since you have posted this request several times, I thought I would attempt it. Bear in mind, I am not at all versed in telugu, and so, many of the translations are contextual. If rigapada, or Sarma, or others who know telugu can fix errors, you should be fine!

Oh Bestower of auspiciousness (kalyANI) always/daily (nitya)! The one who exists/roams about (sancAriNI) within the boundaries (anta) of all sacred texts (nigama)! Oh tripurasundarI (literally, the most beautiful woman in all three worlds)! You are the pleasing (abhirAma) one who grants excessive (ati) happiness (Ananda), the one whom even the gods (amara) serve (sEvita) willingly!

karuNAkari kambukaNThi kAtyAyani kaumAri sharaNAgata[3] rakSakI shrI

[12} kara – the stain referred to here is that from the deadly poison, halAhalam - I think kAlkaNThuni rANi will also translate the same, in this context.
[13] dInadayApari = dIna+dayAparI
[14] makkuvatO = makkuva+tO
[15] mOhanAngI = mOhana+angI

Ravi, amazing work! Did not know you know so much Telugu. The sanskrit words' translations are all correct. Nigama is used as a synnym for Vedas and so nigamAnta would mean vEdanta ie upanishads.

Also, the epithet "pannaga-vENI" given often to beautiful women refers to their *braided* hair which resembles a snake in shape and colour. Not exactly like Medusa!

Thanks for that clarification on SankarAbharaNa-vENI - makes for so much more sense, and for validating the translation of sanskrit words! I will edit my post accordingly.

The little telugu I know is colloquial and rudimentary, so I used my imagination (I very kindly called it 'contextual'!). That is why I need someone like VGV, rigapada, or Sarma, or anyone else who knows telugu to let me know if my flights of fancy are grounded in reality!

4 karakaNThuni possibly kAlakaMThuni
kAmbHOjAdhipatulu: Kings of the country called kAmbhOja may be more appropriate.
7 nIdu pada sannuta bhakta pOSaNi: sannuta = sat+nuta = to praise well.

Smt. Savitri, this is one situation where kara also fits - kara in Telugu means stain (just as kaRai in tamizh does), and Siva's throat, discolored by the poison, is considered to be a stain on his otherwise blemish less body...so karakaNTha also means Siva

Some corrections please given here please.

1. Nityakalyani means one who is always auspicious & holy being the eternal sumangali.
2. Nigamaanta sanchaariNii = one who is all pervading in the Shastraas, Vedaas & PuraaNaas.
3. ShankaraabharaNa veNi = one who is adorning the body of Shankara as an ornament , since she is his equal & better half.
4. It is " paramapriitito nanu paalimpu " = please protect me with lot of affection
5. It is Mangala daayaki instead of nayaki = bestower of all good things
6. dikku is not refuge but literally direction. Here contextually dikkevvaru means who is my benefactor
7. niidu paada sannuta bhakta poshaNii = the protector of those devotees who take refuge at your feet ( singing wonderfully is not meant here although it may fit in extra )
8. It is not karakaNThuni but karaLakaNThuni .

The name of the raga is embedded in each and every caranam.
So, MangaLa nAyaki seems to be the proper word.
Why should be the caranam in raga nayaki be different?
Shankarabharana is the ornament of Shiva, a snake. vENi refers to the hair of Parvati.
If *ShankaraabharaNa veNi = one who is adorning the body of Shankara as an ornament , since she is his equal & better half.*
what does veNi stand for?

does not seem to be fine with the tALa
*karakanThuni*fits nicely.
