Could anyone please give me the notations of the Tillana in praise of Lord Rama, composed by Poochi Srinivasa Iyengar in Ragam Kaanada and Roopaka Talam?

Does the Tillana start with "tOm ta dA radA nita dira" and the sahityam is:

SrIkara karuNAkara vara SrIdhara munijana vaMdita
Sri kari varada durita hara SrI raghuvara mAM pAlaya

Can you read Telugu?
