Harishankar,
A beautiful composition! Thanks for bringing to everyone's attention, and thanks to Sarmaji for providing the lyrics.
Here is my attempt at translating it. Sarmaji (rigapada) can fix the errors:
pallavI:
Oh resident (vihArA) of tirupati (venkaTa Saila – the mountain/hillock called vEnkaTa)! Are you not able to (rAdA) protect (brOva) me, a destitute that has no other recourse (gati) but you (nIvE) for salvation?
anupallavI:
Oh Lord, whose feet (caraNa) are worshiped (nuta) by brahmA (pankajabhava) and indra (surapati)! You are the one who destroys (haraNa) the troubles (saMkaTa) of all (saMkula = throngs) of your devoted servants (kiMkara).
caraNam:
As I (nE) heard (viMTini) the stories (kathalanu) extolling your sterling (vara) character (guNa) – stories that were so (eMtO) delightful (AnandamugA) to hear (vinulaku), and as I beheld (kaMTini) the gOpuram (gOpuramula), and the jewel-encrusted (maNimaya) manDapam (maMTapamula) on top of the veMkaTa hill (girini), I became (aiti) your (nI) most devoted servant (baMTuDanu).

Dear Sirs,
Thanks for the lyrics and the meaning. When I saw the meaning I could enjoy the lyrics as well as the Tirumala and Tirupathi came visually before my eys. Added to that I heard the music clippings of Malladi Brothers who has given this song with a very nice presentation of Hamir Kalyani raga aalapanai in Music season recordings of 2000.
