I'm looking for the full postal adress of Vidushi Rupa Sridhar.

The address is 11th cross, Temple Road, Malleshwaram.

I want to know, which temple. Any other landmarks ?

I have tried both phoning her (many times) as well as emailing her, but there's absolutely no response.

I hope someone can help me.

hello!
The postal address is correct. it is the next parellel road to sampige road..the main road in malleswaram...turn east on that road on 11th cross.the next junction has a "guru ayurvedic pharma" just about a few buildingsfrom the corner.enter the adjacent gate.
