Hi,

I have got Audio Old Classical players with me. But i dont have Gramaphone to listen to those old
classical disc. Where do i get that or whether i can copy those music to normal disk.

Anyone pls help.

You mean you have old 'vinyl' discs?

How the world has changed that the CD is now considered the 'normal disc' --- or rather I must be very old-fashioned that it strike me so.

Hmmm.... this is a problem: i think many people can do conversion from tape, but few from record.

One also has the problem of the scratches and clicks that plagued our old records; they can be minimised by computer software, but it is long work to do so.

Depending on where in the world you are, gramaphone record players may still be available. I live in the USA and record players are available and by no means are they very expensive either.

Hi,

Gramaphones are available in one of the shops in Bangalore. When i enquired last month, it was around Rs.2,500.
