Yes it is from sUrsAgar- it has his mudra.

It is a beatiful composition, where sUrdAs as rAdhA, requests krishNa to exchange places with her.

SAm tOrI murlI mein kab bajAvUn - krishNa (SAm), when (kab) will I (mein) get to play (bajAvUn) your (tOrI) flute (murlI)?
jUI jUI tAn bharO murlI mein sOI sOI gAyi sunAvUn - whatever (jUI jUI) tunes (tAn) you fill (bharO) in (mein) your flute (murlI), I promise to play (sunAvUn) just that (sOI sOI).
hamArI bindiyA tumhI lagAvO, mein sar makuT lagAvUn - you (tumhI) place (lagAvO) my (hamArI) bindi (bindiyA) on your forehead, and I (mein) will place (lagAvUn) your crown (makuT) on my head (sar).
hamArI cunarI tum ODhO, mein pitAmber pAvUn - you (tum) drape (ODhO) my (hamArI) scarf/pallU (cunarI) around yourself, while I (mein) will wear (pAvUn) your golden garment(pItAmber).
tum dahI bEcnE jAvO brindAvan, mein pag rOknE AvUn - you (tum) go (jAvO) to brindAvan to sell (bEcnE) curds/buttermilk (dahi), and I (mein) will come (AvUn) to block (rOknE) your path/feet (pag).
sUr SAm tum banO rAdhikA, mein nandlAl kahAvUn - sUr (as rAdhA) says, krishNa (SAm), you (tum) become rAdhA (rAdhikA), and I (mein) will become known (kahAvUn) as krishNa (nandlAl - son/lAl of nand bAbA)

Ravi, Could it mean: whatever fills my whole being (becoming you), will I play it all in my song on the flute?

Mulling a bit more on it, a lovely thought comes. Take it a bit further--in being you, am I not going to sing my love for you? By the way, how will YOU sound, becoming me?
So many poetic possibilities...
Hail sUrdAs!

Arasi,

Yes - very lovely, isn't it? Could be what you say...I am searching for a recording of this song - I know I have it somewhere, 'par hAth na AvE' :)

I think the words are not correct.

Here are a couple of sites:
http://ishare.rediff.com/filemusic-Shya ... 032666.php

http://www.raaga.com/channels/hindi/art ... Kumar.html

I heard the one from the first site but some of the words are different. Could not get the second site to work.

The version posted by Lji and this one (both links are to the same track by singer Preeti Kumar) is very different from the one given here.
