OS Thiagarajan (Vocal)
CN Chandrasekharan (Violin)
B Arjun Kumar (Mrudangam)
Ghatam (???)

Songlist

Viribhoni - Bhairavi - Ata - P Adiyappa (S)
Teliyaleru - Dhenuka - Adi - Thyagaraja (S)
Neekelana - Devamanohari - Adi - Poonchi (R)
Biranavaralichi - Kalyani - Adi(3) - Syama Sastri (RNS)
Sree Venkatagireesham - Surutti - Adi - Deeskhitar (R)
Dasarathanandana - Asaveri - Adi - Thyagaraja
Ekambresha - Shanmukhapriya - Adi - Deekshitar (RNST)

Fine concert - good ambience and a decent sound system. The vidwan was in good form - Surutti was especially sweet. Shanmukhapriya was quite innovative although I found the pauses on Rishabham, Gandharam etc. somewhat excessive - but, as far as I could tell, sruthi was well aligned. N,,,DPD,,,PMP,,, from both the vocalist and violinist raised expectations of Parvathi Nayakane but that was not to be...

Tani was succint. KHandam and Tisram were explored in turn and a one avartha korvai from samam to samam (Kanchi Nagara Nivasini think) was well conceived. Ghatam vidwan did a very good job - great clarity and cent percent responses to Arjun Kumar. Unfortunately the name slipped my mind when it was announced.
