Ms. Amruta Murali is a contemporary artist who gives vocal concerts and accompanies on the violin.
Smts. Ranjani and Gayatri no longer give violin concerts.
Sri R. K. Sriramkumar gave a vocal concert that rbharath had reviewed.
Sri TVG is a percussionist and vocalist...
Sri TNS has given vINA concerts...
I assume citravINa Ganesh of the Carnatica brothers also plays the citravINA.
Sri Ganesh (of the Ganesh-Kumaresh duo) has sung (playback) for the movie 'Dance like a Man'
I remember reading somewhere that the Akkarai sisters, in addition to being superb violinists are also very good vocalists.

They do both, but I suspect that they give more vocal-duet concerts than violin-duet concerts now.

I heard Sri Srimushnam Raja Rao sing very well at the Madras Music academy (carnatic new year eve organised by carnatica). R K Sreeram kumar sang as well a little later
Smts. Ranjani and Gayatri performed a very good Violin duet concert for Sri Rama lalita kala mandira at Gayana Samaja in Bangalore last year.rshankar wrote: Smts. Ranjani and Gayatri no longer give violin concerts.

Vocal concert of Sri R Ganesh (of Ganesh- Kumaresh violin duo) was broadcast by AIR- Chennai on the 15th Feb. It has been recorded and uploaded by Sri TVG (Concert ID: 01-C3280). Excellent concert indeed. Wish Sri Ganesh gives many vocal concerts also.
