vAzhiya Sen tamizh:
This small poem will serve as an example of why this uncrowned emperor among poets was considered a reactionary poet by the British, and had to flee to Pondicherry!
P: Let the beautiful (Sen) tamizh language flourish (vAzhiya); let the good (nar) citizens of TN (tamizhar) flourish. And let this divine (tiru) and precious (maNi - gem) mother land (bhArata nADu) of ours flourish.
AP: Let the problems (innalgaL) that are torturing (varuttum) us (emai) today (inru) disappear (mAiga), and let good fortune (nanmai) approach us (vandu-eiduga) instead, so that virtuousness (aram) will reign (vaLarttiDuga) and anger (maRam) will be discouraged (maDivuruga).
C: Let the controlling power (aNmai) of the British (Ariya nATTinar - citizens of an Aryan/white nation) be broken (oDiyaTTum), and let the ferocious (SIriya) efforts to overthrow them be exemplary (Sirandu) and reach lofty heights (mik-kOnguga). Let our (nam) citizens (dEyattinar) and our country (nADorum) rise to greatness (uyarga). Salutations (vandE) to our mother-land (mAtaram)! Salutaions to our mothers (mAtaram)

A case of too much Aryan invasion theory?
As far as Bharati is concered Ariya bhUmi is always used to refer to India (Example: Ariya bhUmiyil nAriyarum nara sUriyarum), or (Annai bayankari bhArata dEvi nal Ariya rANiyin vil)
He uses it in the sense of a noble land. Infact this construct and usage precedes the much hot button Arya-Dravidiya connotation that is seen in the last several decades.
Anyway the meaning is 'May the brave and excellent attempts made by the people of this noble land (Ariya nATTinar) succeed'.
ANmai + ODu + iyaRRum (iyaRRum - performed/acted upon not in the sense of 'write')
nADorum - nAL + thoRum (everyday)
