Meaning of a phrase in Vallalar's "tannnai yarindu"

Vallalar's tiruvarutpa which starts with " tannai yaRindu inbamuRa veNNilAvE" has a line

"vEda muDi mElirukkum veNNilAvE - pala
vEdaiyuL vEdu sollay veNNilAvE"

the meaning of which is not clear. Can someone help? Is it some other word there?

mala vEdhai uLavEdhu sollAy veNNilAve
