Hi
This is the lyrics and meaning of the song. Can somebody be kind enough to sort the meanings for me? As in pallavi, anupallavi ,charanam 1 and charanam 3. They are all jumbled up. I can't seem to follow at all. In fact I dunno where the meaning for the pallavi is!

Meaning:
O BAla! One adorned with rich garments! O Protector of the virtuous! O joy of Lakshmi! Wielder of arrows! Bestower of auspiciousness! Treasure of companion! O cloud like hued! O adorned with vanamAla! O DEva among the celestials! Come. One with great reputation! O Lotus-eyed! Come. One belonging to the solar race! One who is surrounded by those whose hearts are filled with nectar! One who is as majestic as the ocean! O Destroyer of Asuras! One as beautiful as Cupid!

One who converses with the wise! Essence of all the VEdas! You are the King of Kings, your feet are praised by sages; sun and moon are your eyes, you bestow refuge, most beautiful, praised by Siva who adorsn crescent , you have Garuda the king of birds as your vehicle, Your feet are praised by DEvendra, father or Brahma, who shines like a crore of suns, you are like lion to the elephant of demons, your face is like the lotus. O Lord, why does your grace elude me? You are the Protector of YAgas, praised by righteous men, meditated upon by ascetics. You are permanent without beginning or end, recline upon AdiSesha, bestower of boons to GAjEndra, decked wit the Punnaga flower, remover of sins forever, your feet held by AnjanEya, the son of VAyu. You are the subject of scriptures and you are desireless. O Lord, why does your grace elude me? Lord! Your grace still eludes me. I dread the prospect of your abandoning me forever. Is not this the right moment to protect me? O BAla, do come in all your majesty adorned by royal ornaments and reesplendent weapons riding on GaruDa surrounded by celestials and sages. Let me submerge in the divine tranquility radiated by your charming countenance. Has not that transquility been declared by the VEdas and Upanishads as the highest acquisition and as the Supreme goal of all human spiritual endeavor?

It is quite simple. This sing is often sung from the anupallavi, and has been translated as such.
"O bala!(child )etc.. till ...O adorned with vanamala" is translation of the anupallavi.
O deva among celestials!... till ...Essence of all the vedas is translation of the first Charanam.
You are the king of kings ... to.. your face is like the lotus is the Second charanam
"O lord why does your grace elude me is a translation of the pallavi refrain "Ela nee daya radu"
You are the protector of the Yaagas... to.. Subject of scriptures and desireless" is the Last charanam.

What is after that is just a general rambling account and not the translation of any phrase in particular..Hope this helps.

Paraaku jesevu+ela samayamu gaadu
Paraaku = indiifference/ neglect
Why do you ignore me, this isn't the time for that.
shubada = Bestower of auspiciousness!
karunAlavAla = Compassionate one not 'Treasure of companion'
ghananIla = O cloud- hued
navya vana mAlikA bharaNa = fresh-vanamala-wearer

Madana-sukumara and dasaratha-kumara , both pathaantaras exist; the latter is more prevalent.

Adi-anta-rahita = You are without beginning or end ; nAgashayana = You recline upon AdiSesha;
vara nAgavarada = vara-best, naga-elephant, varada = blesser i.e, bestower of boons to GAjEndra
punnAga sumadhara = decked wit the Punnaga flower, sadAgha mOcana = remover of sins forever; sadA gatija dhrta pada = your feet held by AnjanEya(sadagathi -evermoving i.e wind sadagathija = son of wind i.e, Hanuman)
AgamAnta cara = You are the subject of scriptures (aagama= veda, AgamAnta = vedAnta = upanishads)
rAgarahita = you are desireless. rAga = attachment/passion; raga-rahita = unattached,dispassionate
Thyagaraja-nuta = Adored by thyagaraja
