A song in the same taala and sung in different raagas is what is called a paatantaram. Examples are Ninnu vina marigalada of Shyama shastri sung in both Abheri and Reethigaula. Also Vallagaadanaka of thyagaraja has two versions - in Harikamboji and in Shankarabharanam. Jnanamosagaradahas three sets of notations - one each in Gamanasrama. purvakalyani and Shadvdhamargini.

A song being in different taalas.... Well, Shama Shastri's songs in tisra Adi are often sung in rupaka or in adi. Examples include Sankari Sankuru (Saveri) and Parvathi ninu(Kalgada). Dikshitar's songs set in Misra jhampa are sung in khanda Chapu. (Dakshinamurthe, sreekaalahasteesha)

Songs of unknown 'original' tunes have been sung by various artistes in different ragas and talas which they deemed suitable. The songs of Annamacharya, the Dasas and Jayadevas Ashtapadis come into this group.

If you refer to COMPOSING in different ragas/talas; there is a complex type of composition called the sapta-taleswari. this kind of song can be sung to any of seven talas and will fit. Obviously, the number of beats in the whole song will be a LCM of the number of beats in all those talas.
