Season's special - bargain on albums

This is for the collectors of audio and video recordings of music and dance ablums. The December Season special exhibition of albums is open from from today at Sri Sankara Hall, Alwarpet.

Could anyone please post the exact location of this Sankara Hall. In which sabha, what is the intersection, what to say to the auto guy so that he drops us exactly there.

As you go from Narada Gana Sabha to the Music Academy along TTK road, you will find it on your left. It is quite prominent so you can't miss it

Tell him Narada Gana Sabha - he would probably not know Sankara Hall. It is not more than 2-3 minutes walk from the Hall even if you are not able to spot it from the auto.

It is the place where they regularly hold crafts exhibitions, so watch out for a place with a retail-sort-of-look to it.

It is an exhibition venue, rather than a hall in the way that us concert goers might assume. There is space for three or four cars, and a small jewellery shop to the side, at the front.

Sales of CDs and stuff like that often happen in the space to the side (North side) of the hall. I have no idea if that is the case with this one.

I think auto guys will know it, as "exhibition-cum-sales" occur so regularly there --- but I don't think I ever tested this.
