It was an outstanding concert. The Abheri alapana was real class and was full of nadaswara bhani.

Another great concert by Sanjay.The begada and abheri alapanas were a treat to the listeners.The abheri alapana was presented in a grand manner.This was the first time I heard Sanjay sing nagumomu.It was really an excellent rendition.Since it was karthgai we could hear the sound of crackers nearby.But Sanjay's swarams were more explosive.Sanjay,Varadarajan and Neyveli Venkatesh share a great chemistry and compliment each other well. Overall it was a very satisfying concert.

Mr. Prasanna is it shri. doraiswamy iyer to pen "Innum Paraamukham"...in Begadaa ? I was told that it was Shri. Vaiyapuri pillai ?

Innum Paramukham remains very fresh in my memory - from vijay siva's rendering. Which line did sanjay do neraval for this? I have heard vijay sing for "vanna togai mayil meedu...".....

I heard the fulll concert and it was so delightful.The most admiring point of the concert was the Stamina of the artiste(especially Sanjay).
The viruttam was indeed beautiful with the verses tending to tell their bhavas with his scintillating voice.

The thillana said "Entha vellaiyum Kanda Vellaiye",

but it was like,

"Entha vellaiyum Nallai Vellaiye"
for Sanjay,vardarajan and Venkatesh.

Yes, it is a beautiful thillana by T.S. Kalyanaraman and a beautiful rendering by Sanjay.
