Daily Sandhyavandanam script required please

Hi all

Could anybody please provide me with the text for the correct daily Sandhyavandanam script for Yajur veda and for Iyers (i hail from Tirunelveli). I want to commence doing it regularly.
Would be grateful if someone could also post the guidelines or right way/time etc of doing this.

In the internet many versions are there and am confused which one to use.
