Veda: If it was that easy why not give the lyrics yourself so the translator can get to it rightaway.
{ Kani kanum neram kamala nethrante
Niramerum manja thukil charthi
Kanaka kingini valakal mothiram
Aninju kaanenam bhagavaane } 2
{ Malarmathin kanthan vasudevathmajan
Pularkale paadi kuzhaloothi
Chiluchile ennu kilungum kanchana
Chilampittodiva kani kanaan } 2
{ Shishukkalayulla saghimarum thanum
Pashukkale meychu nadakkumbol
Vishakkumbol venna kavarnnunnum krishnan
Aduthu vaa unni kani kanaan } 2
Vaala shreekade thukilum varikond-
Arayalin kombathirunnoro
Sheelakkedukal paranjum bhavichum
Neela karvarna kani kanaan
Ithile govindan arike vannoro
Puthumayaayulla vachanangal
Madhuramaam vannam paranjum pal
Mandasmithavum thooki vaa kani kanaan
Kani kanum neram kamala nethrante
Niramerum manja thukil charthi
Kanaka kingini valakal mothiram
Aninju kaanenam bhagavaane

In the spirit of learning, let me start the ball rolling with my attempt at translating the first caraNam. VKR and others can fix the mistakes and take it from there.
In caraNam 1, the devotee says: "at the time (nEram) I behold (kANun) the auspicious vision (kani) [1] of the lotus (kamala)-eyed one (nEtranTe), I want to see (kANEnam) him bedecked (aNinju) with bracelets (kaNkaNa), bangles (vaLakaL), rings (mOtiram), and bells (kiNkiNi), and wearing (cArti) [2] a well-coloured (niramErum) pItAmbar (manja tukil)"
[1] kani is tough to translate - I think it means an auspicious vision (as in the practice of viSuk-kani)
[2] cArti I think, literally refers to an offering to the Lord, or when a child, say is 'dressed' by someone else.
If you indicate which of the several caraNams you plan to use, I am sure there will be others who will be glad to help...
