...........O Lord I am glad (thank you for this kindness)..that my earthen water pot is shattered... (I am relieved to escape from the daily chore)... I don't have to fill it anymore......I set out looking for bad persons and found no one...when I searched within my own heart I found that I was the worst, none to beat me .......

These look like several dOhAs (couplets) of kabIrdAs....strung together....

They have deep philosophical meanings hidden beneath seemingly and deceptively simple concepts.

It is for the good (bhalA hua) that my (mEri) pot (maTki) is broken (phUTi rE), for I (mein tO) have been relieved (chUTi) of the chore of bringing/filling (bharan sE) water (pania)!

When (jO) I (mein) set out (calA) to look for (dekhan) bad (burA) things in the world, I did not (na) find (miliyA) any (kOi) bad deed (burA), but when (jO) I turned my glance inward and searched (khOja) my (apnA) heart (dil), I figured there was no (na) one (kOi) who was as bad (burA) as I was (mujhsE)!

This(yeh) is(hai) the house(ghar) of(kA) love(prem), not an ordinary house. first remove(utAre) your head(sIsa) and place(dhare) on the floor(bhUi), then(tab) you can sit(baiThe) in the house(ghay mAy)
meaning that only one is capable of sacrificing oneself without pride can love the lord.

lAlI mere lAl kI, jit dekhU tit lAl
lalI dekhan mai gaI, mai bhi hogai lAl
oh the wonderful color(lAlI) of my(mere) lord(lAl kI)! wherever(jit) i see(dekhU), it is colored in the color of the lord! when i set out(mai gaI) to examine(dekhan) the effect of this color(lAlI), i also(mai bhI) became(hogaI) colored(lAl)!
meaning that the lor is all pervading, if one tries to find him, he will find him also in his heart. i really like this dohA.
(*the literal meaning of lAl is red and lAlI is redness)
