Smt.Indira menon passed away at her residence in New Delhi.She was 74.

Daughter of Shri.V.K.R.Menon I.C.S and grand daughter of Sir.K.Ramunni menon,
She was the professor of economics at Jesus and Mary college,Delhi.

Suffered polio when she was 10,her right hand was paralysed,but she was an active person.

Had the opportunity to learn music from T.Brinda.

Wrote two books,The Madras Quartet and Great masters of carnatic music
