Podhigai TV is telecasting a series of lecture demonstrations on mELarAgAs, by experts. They explain the basis of the rAgA name as per kaTapayAdi sankhya, features of the rAgA, meaning of the relevant portion of MahAvaidyanAta Sivan’s rAgamAlikA composition and sing a song in this rAgA.
