Concert started at 6.15pm sharp and last 2.5 hours. Wonderful concert, sung at a leisurely pace and excellent support from the accompanists. The artistes were truly enjoying themselves and it showed in the music. Surprise was the neraval in 'jagam pugazhum Ezhumalai mAyavanE'. Apparently, Sri TKG took ill and the brothers took his spot at the last minute. Raga Sudha Hall is very nice and kudos to the organizers. I am looking forward to Smt Suguna Purushottaman, Smt Vedavalli and Smt Kalpagam Swaminathan's concerts later this week at the same hall.

Do the brothers give only one concert every year? It seems as if I read their annual Music Academy pilgrimage only...but for a last minute switch this time round! Sounds to have been a great concert...
