8. smarasundarAnguni - paras - javali

A neat presentation. Kalapramanam was little fast, and more madhyamakala oriented signing. Padavini was rendered in enjoyable pace though. UKS was great throughout, his anticipation was great, and didn't let the concert sag. In lathangi & tOdi chittaswaras, his strokes were perfect match, and so was during korvai response during violin return in lathangi towards end.

Balamurali sang laksheesam thillana and UKS asked him explain thalam. After short demonstration, he sang the thillana, and ended with traditional javali. Unfortunately, no neraval for tOdi. Tani was for about 15 minutes.
