Let me try.
This song is in praise of Sri Ramanujacharya, the founder of Srivaishnavism, I don't know the author.

P: rAmAnujarE namO namO svAmi lakSmaNa rUpa namO namO
Oh sage Ramanuja, obeisance, obeisance, the incarnation of. Lakshmana, obeisance obeisance.
C1: piDidirE daNDikAvESTi mrdikA niDushiki yajnOpavItadinda
You are holding the mendicant staff, you wear ochre, you carry an earthen pot, ... You have given up the sacred thread (having become a sanyasi)
toDeda dvAdashanAma shrI cUrNadi oppuva oDeya rAmAnujarE namO namO
You shine with the 12 sacred namas (Iyengar symbols) with Sri Churna, oh Ramanuja, obeisance, obeisance!
2: pankajanAbhana vAmana mUruti shankeyillade nenevara pAlipanE
Those who remember The Lord with the lotus in his navel (=Narayana)- them will save the Vamana avatara (=Narayana) without doubt
munkoNDu shrutimata cArvAkaragedda OmkAra mUruti namO namO
....the Vedic path, the disbelievers=atheists( May refer to non-Hindus converted by Ramanuja) you converted, you're the personification of omkara, obeisance obeisance
3: kEshava pAdAmbuja madhukarA pAshaNDarvigeallA guru tilaka
The lotus feet of Keshava ...you granted to those who were misled(?) by giving them the forehead mark as their guru
shESAvatAri munIsha vandita Adi kEshava mUruti namO namO
Oh incarnation of Adisesha, leader of monks, bowed down by all, the one who represents Adi Keshava, obeisance, obeisance.

Honestly this kirtana has many doubtful words, but undoubtedly it is in praise of Sri Ramanuja, the great Sri Vaishnava saint who visited Karnataka and stayed here for 12 years, he converted many non-Hindus back to the Vaishnava path.

Hope this helps.

My effort at translation::

Venerable rAmAnuja avl, salutations, salutations
the embodiment of lakShmana svAmi , salutations[p]

Holding the sacred danDa [staff],wearing the ochre robe, the sacred thread,[yajnopaveetam]
possessing long hair[niDuShiKhi],adorned with the twelve tilakas of SricUrNa,Lord rAmAnuja, salutations[c1]

The pure image of padmanabha, you protect without doubt, those who meditate.
The embodiment of OmkAra,you advanced to win over the atheists,salutations.[c2]

you are the bee at the lotus feet of kEShava, you broke the pride of the heretics,
you are the tilaka of gurus.[Supreme among Teachers]
worshipped by the king of sages, you are the incarnation of ShESha
the manifestation of Adi kEShava, salutations salutations.[c3]
