Rohit, here is my attempt at the meaning. Rajani or Keerthi will fix errors if any, or clarify further.
pallavi
mama kulEshvaram shAstAram santatam cintayEham Ananda tANDava puravihAram
I (aham) think (cintaya) continually/always (santatam) of Sri ayyappa (SAstAram) who is the resident (vihAram) of the city called Ananda tANDava pura, my (mama) family (kula) deity (ISvaram)!
anupallavi
shamitanata jana duritam nIlAmbara shObhitam amita sukha shrIpradam atulita divya guNAnvitam
One who expiates (Samita) the sins (duritam) of the people (jana) who pray (nata) to him, he looks splendid (SObhitam) in blue (nIla) garments (ambara). He is the granter (pradam) of boundless (amita) joy (sukha) and auspiciousness (SrI), and is endowed with (anvitam) with countless (atulita) divine (divya) meritorious attributes (guNa).
caraNam
kamala rucira karadhrta kashAyudha vibhUSitam amara munIshvara bhUta vaTuka nAyaka sEvitam
kamanIya nava yauvana sundarAmbA sahitam sumashara guhAgrajam shrI rAjam harihara sutam
He is adorned (vibhUshitam) with a weapon (Ayudha) made of grass (kASa) that he holds (dhRta) in his hands (kara) that are as beautiful (rucira) as a lotus (kamala). He is worshiped (sEvitam) by the gods (amara), the foremost among the sages (munISvara) and by the leader (nAyaka) of young brAhmin (vaTuka) priests [1]. Accompanied (sahitam) by the attractive (kamanIya), young and youthful (nava yauvana) sundaraAmbA [2], he is the mighty king (SrI rAjam), the older brother (agrajam) of both manmatha (sumaSara) [3] and kArtikEya (guha), and is the son (sutam) of Siva (hara) and vishNu (hari).
madhyama kAlam
rAkA shashinibha vadanam ravi sOmAnasa nayanam
rayagati turanga gamanam rakSita samasta bhuvanam
One with a face (vadanam) that resembles (nibha) the moon (SaSi) on the day of paurNami (rAkA), and eyes (nayanam) that are like (Anasa) the sun (ravi) and the moon (sOma), whose gait (gamanam) is like that of a swift (rayagati) [4] horse (turanga/turaga), he is the one who protects (rakshita) the entire (samasta) world (bhuvanam).
FOOTNOTES
[1] I think vaTu/vaTuka nAyaka refers to the priests that perform the services at the ayyapan temple
[2] AFAIK, ayyappa is a brahmacAri. I was not aware of a consort for him
[3] sumaSara is one who wields flowery (suma) arrows (Sara) - manmatha, the mind-born son of vishNu
[4] rayagati refers to the 'speed of a current (in a river)', as far as I can tell

True, but at times he is represented with two of his consorts, pUrNa and pushkaLAmba, as represented in the linked publication cover. This is the only song with reference to sundarAmba as his consort.rshankar wrote: [2] AFAIK, ayyappa is a brahmacAri. I was not aware of a consort for him
