Deepa, here is my trial... additions and corrections are welcome...

Bhajare Hanumantam mAnasa bhajare hanumantam
O mind(mAnasa)! Worship(bhajare) the great one who with-held the strike of Indra's bolt on his chin (hanumantam)!

KOmaLa kAyam nAmasudeyam bhaja satasimham bUsura sreyshTam
One with a tender(kOmala) body(kAyam), worship(bhaja) the one who is equal to a hundred(Sata) loins(simham) in terms of power, the best(SreSTam) among the brahmins(bhUsura)
[bhu - earth and sura - devata therefore bhUsura - the demigods on the earth planet. Anjaneya is considered to be a brahmin by karma]

MUrkha nisachara vana samhAram
One who destroyed(samhAram) the forests/gardens(vana) of the foolish(mUrkha) demons(niSacara)
[this is probably indicating to the annihilation of rAvaNa's aSoka vATikA.
niSa - night and cara - roam, the demons are known to be roaming around during the night times.]

sItA dukha vinAsanakhAram
One who brought an end(vinASanakAram) to the sorrows of bhagavati sItA!

ParamAnanda suguNodaya charitam
One who resembles ultimate bliss(paramAnanda), one whose character(caritam) appears to be rising(udaya) from faultless qualities(suguNa)

KaruNArasa paripUrNNA subharitam
One who is complete with(paripUrNa subharitam) with mercy(karuNArasa)!

RaNArangadeeram guNAgambhIram
One who is calm(dhIram) in the arts/arena(ranga) of war(raNa) and one who is grave(gambhIram) in his qualities.

dAnava dytya araNya kUTAram
One who is just like an axe(kuTHAram) for the forest-like(araNya) demons (dAnava daitya).

Guru chenna kesava kadaLIramgam stira satbakta mukhyaprANam m
.... This seems to be the mudra of the composer and I also need help with it..... :)

Hope this helps....
