It was a nice experience to listen to Subhaganesan’s concert with veena. Subha gave a wholesome concert. Initially the instruments were too loud and subha’s voice was not audible.
Highlights of the concert were Panthuvarali and the main item Mohanam. Kalyani Ganesan’s Mohanam Thanam was mellifluous and soothing. The rendition of ‘Paradevatha’ was soul stirring. The Violin and Miruthangam artistes gave adequate support.
