Music notation

Is there any software for notating songs... Preferably the software must offer notation in tamil... and must offer the facility to automatically break the line into the laghu dhrutham etc... this obvoiusly means that the choice of talam must be given at the start- so that the anga break up happens automatically...

I m surprised i m not finding any such software in the net...

If anyone atleast is capable of programmin for such software, can u please pair with me- i can offer u all the assistance u want
