Meaning:
Hero of unmatched valor! Had not a mere blade of grass served as a deadly missile in your hand? Do remember how you have humbled the King of the Oceans and how effortlessly you ran through the indomitable reserve forces of Ravana as a flame through mountains of cotton bales? You are the axe that destroys the sins accumulated over previous births. One who attained glory by breaking the huge bow which can't even be dreamt of! One, who is born in the solar race! Protect and bless me.

I made some edits. There might be more.
If you want lyrics in telugu you can get at Amdhra BhArati site

BMK sings as girulaku nalasama. I am not sure what is right

tUla/dUla girulaku anala samamau is alright. dUla is timber. tUla is cotton. anala is fire. girulu is mountains.

The whole line will mean "rAma who is to the mUlabala (the army of rAvaNa) as fire to a mountain of timber/cotton"

Reminds me of the has "samsAratUla vAtUlE" in the lalitA sahasranAma.
