The language is simply colloquial Hindi.
Lji, just a few minor corrections in the lyrics...
bhajan bInA jIva paSu samAn
jO mukhasE harinAm na kahata sO mukh narak samAn
jO kar sAdhu sant nahi sevata sO ghar bhUt shmashAn
kahat kabIrA sun bhAi sAdhu yEhi ghODA maidAn

A human life (jIva) without (binA) meditation/chanting the Lord's name (bhajan) is like (samAn) that of an animal's (paSu).
The person (jO) who doesn't (nA) take/say (kehtA) the name (nAm) of lord nArAyan (hari), that (sO) mouth (mukh) is like (samAn) hell (narak).
The person (jO) who doesn't (nahi) perform (kar) services (sevata) for ascetics and saints (sAdhu sant), that person's (sO) house (ghar) becomes (bhUt) a crematorium (smaSAn).
Kabir (kabirA) says (kehat), listen (sunO) to me my good folks (bhAi sAdhO), this (yEhi) is the playground (maidAn) of horses (ghODA).
Krishnaa, I do not understand the allusion to the ghODA maidAn. Can you explain the point?

Could be, the ghODA maidan allusion is to Kabir lamenting the lack of depth in this world without the deep perceptions (which Kabir says is needed) - where everything is horseplay - khel-daud.

In tamzih ,in normal parlance, when we talk of two people getting into argument or fight ,we use the expression, 'avA renDu perum gOdAla irangiTTa'- I think 'gOdA' here means 'kuttu saNDai'.
Can 'ghOdA maidAn' by any chance mean 'boxing ring'? It seems to fit the context well.

Kabir could be lamenting "it's a veritable battlefield out there.." with the picturesque expression 'ghODA maidan', an unholy place, without harinama ... reference drawn from horses in battlefields...

Sant Kabir's allusions are usually easy to understand. That's why I do not understand this.
