Thank you Lakshmanji for the Lyrics. I need a clarification as to the style of the song being sung by the singer. The singer after singing pallavi ( Pallavi starting at 3/4 idam) had sung the charanam, in the style of singing an anupallavi of any other song, whereas this particular song has no "anu pallavi". After hearing the entire song, it gives an impression to the listener that the singer had stopped the song after singing Anupallavi and did not sing the charanam. Please guide.

Just like some Dikshitar kritis where there is only a samaSTi caraNa, this song does not have an anupallavi.

I have heard the version of this song by The Bombay sisters. To me it sounds like 'arul purivai Swayambo', after 'andivannane sambo', in the charanam. I may be wrong. Thanks for the lyrics, Lakshmanji! You are always ready to help with the lyrics.

Thanks Sri. Lakshmanji for the clarification. What does 'arul mukha nAda svayambhO' mean? I feel the singer Raghuram is using some other word instead, at the place of "mukha nAda" as given in the lyrics, above.
