
There are a few problems that i have while practicing. I thought it will help me if i started a thread and aked them one by one.
Firstly, when I am practicing, I dont feel thirsty, but my lips, toungue and throat get extremely dry. Even if I drink a few sips of water before starting, in the middle of an item, I feel very uncomfartable due to this dryness. Any ideas how to sort this out?
And, is hot water and salt the only remedy for leg pain?
