Anyone who can tell me the God for which the name panchapakesan stands for and is there any sloka using panchapakesa?

– pancApagESa – It is given as ‘pancApakESa’ in all the books. The correct form is ‘pancApagESa’.

– pancApagESa muni – in tiruvaiyAru, Lord Siva is stated to be worshipped as ‘kshEtra pAla’ – In the kRti ‘paramESvara jagadISvara’ rAga calanATa, in praise of tiruvaiyAru praNatArti hara, Dikshitar says ‘vIra kshEtra pAla vinuta caraNa’. ‘bhairava’ and ‘muni’ are other names of ‘kshEtra pAla’. Accordingly, ‘pancApagESa muni’ has been translated as ‘bhairava of tiruvaiyAru’.
[I found this information in Syama Krishna vaibhavam.The kirtana is ‘Emani migula’ in raga todi by Sri Syama Shastri.The third caranam has the word’pancapagesha’ ].

pancha aapa is panchanadhi(I aaru; I stands for five in Tamil).so it refers to panchanadeeswara.

You are right approximately. The actual way is : Appu is water, hence appaka is watery body like lake or pond or river. The Lord of five appakas is Pancha+appuka+iisa: = Panchaappakesa: . Over a period of time it has become Panchaapakesa: . It is distorted many times in Tamil as Panchaabagesan to make it wrong.
