rAmanAthapura pAlakuDau = the ruler of ramanathapura
muddu rAmalinga rAjEndra vibhuni= the king Ramanlinga
abhi-rAmi = the one who is abode of all good qualities
rayamuga (This should be either ramyamuga (please) or rAyamuga (royally)
rakSincumi = bless
vArAhi = I understand that this is another name for Devi as the consort of varAhaswAmy and actually is a female name for varAha
rAjarAjEshvari shankari (thsi is obvious)

The rough translation is thus:
Oh abhirAmi, vArAhi, bless the ruler of Ramantha pura, the great king Ramalinga.

Could it be varAlu iyyu (varAliyyu = give me boons) and not varAhi?

Ravi
It is vArAhi only. There is already a verb "rakShincu" for one and varAliyyu would be superfluous. I have heard the cassette version which has vArAhi. Also, varAliyyu has a mAtre more than vArAhi. Also note that, the King/Lord of rAmanAthapura, who is a giver of various gifts is being praised here. It is only appropriate to pray for him to be protected rather than given boons.

rayamugA means anon/quickly. In kannaDa also, raya means swiftly.

When Devi takes the form of Lalita/Rajarajeswari, she is flanked by Mantrini and Dandini who are her minister and commander-in-chief respectively. Dandini is also called Varahi and has a wild-boar face. It is common to refer to these 2 shaktis as undistinguished from Lalita herself. Hence Varahi is Shankari only

vibhu means king/sovereign...vibhuni is probably of/for the king
