I am pleased to share that i had been to this movie in Abirami complex with my family and friends (10 of us) and we were so moved by the presentation made by the entire team that had made this production possible. To me this song link, of Lord Krishna (NTR) advising Arjuna (Muthuraman) before the war starts and the one Lord Krishna (NTR) sings for Karnan (Sivaji - who has lived the character in particular in this movie along with SA Asogan as Dhuriyodhanan) http://soundcloud.com/keyboardsathya/th ... vie-karnan is one among the Top of my list of all time favorites! This i feel can be listened to by any body, any time and any number of times! Kudos to the singer, actors and the crew.

BTW , it is unofficialy said the songs of karnan (especially ullathil nalla ullam in ahirbhairav) was actually tuned by our greatest karna parampara musician MAdurai GS Mani

I especially like the brigha that comes after "Karnaaa" in that song. The song is a unique classical blend. It figures since Sri GSM is an expert in both ahirbhairav and chakravaham.

MSV always gives credit for any success as TEAM WORK . He had never claimed the success of any creation as his personal score . The movie's lyrics and songs were tuned in Bangalore within a span of 10 days ! Immortal songs . All but one song Poi vaa magale ( Ananda Bhairavi ) have been set to Hindustani ragas like Hamir Kalyani, Chandrakauns, Pahadi etc. I will give the entire list shortly.
