Help identifying Suruti javali

This Javali was played by KP Sivanandam and Sarada Sivanandam in an old DD recording accompanied by Vellore Ramabhadran and Umayalpuram K Narayanaswamy.. Need help identifying the composition.

I am not good at swaras either, but I thought I will take a shot. The starting sequence sounds like: (S)R M P N D P...(M). M P.NDPMG..
I am sure there are others like Mohan and Arun who can correct this and provide a more complete representation.
